T-section highlights – cover just your parting and hairline to get you through to your next appointment if you are low on time or need a low maintenance option. *You will require 3+ hours for this appointment, inclusive of style cut & finish.
Cancellation Policy
Please allow sufficient notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment in order for us to contact clients on our waiting list to fill the appointment spot. Allow at least 72 hours notice to cancel or rescheduling your appointment with no charge. Cancelling or rescheduling between 72 and 48 hours prior to your appointment time will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of the service booked. Cancelling or rescheduling between 48 and 12 hours prior to your appointment time will incur a fee equivalent to 75% of the cost of the service booked. Cancelling or rescheduling less than 12 hours prior to your appointment time will be the 100% of the cost of the service booked. No-shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the service booked.
